Greg established Caza Catering & Consultancy Services in 2008, after working for a number of small and large operating companies. These included the 2000 Sydney Olympics, QLD Health, ESS and Caterair Qantas.
Greg wanted to create a home away from home for workers in the energy and mining industry. An experience that provided high quality catering producing nutritional and delicious foods with restaurant quality presentation. Accomodation and House Keeping services that saw your laundry taken care of and rooms serviced daily. Camp Management services that allowed clients the ability to focus solely on business priorities.
Over 10 years later, Caza are still the leading experts in Catering & Camp Management Services in the industry.

Samantha joined the Caza team in 2015 and is our General Manager.
Sam has held a number of key management positions throughout her career within large hospitality, retail and communications companies.
Sam specialises in business and people management with a passion for coaching and development. She has a background in Human Resources Management and is a qualified trainer and assessor.

Luke joined Caza in 2009 and quickly established himself as a vital team member. Over the years he has worked in various roles helping to build Caza’s reputation and instil our company values.
Luke has an extensive and impressive history as a qualified chef in cafes, restaurants, events and remote mining camps and kitchens.
As the Operations Manager Luke continues to play a key role in the delivery of Caza Management Systems and Processes to the highest quality as well as the implementation of safe work practice across all sites.

After moving to Australia from the UK, Craig joined the Caza team in 2010 as a Camp Attendant. His attention to detail and enthusiasm of the Caza core values and standards has seen Craig remain a loyal and much valued member of our team.
As Caza has continued to grow, Craig has also. Assisting in training and implementing 'Safer Together & Assist and Assure' programs, training new staff, setting up new camp operations and recently moving to his new role as a HSE Field Supervisor.
